What is the return/exchange policy?

Nuuvohaircare.com offers products from our warehouse in southern California.

Items purchased from nuuvohaircare.com must be returned to our warehouse before we can issue refund or store credit (Nuuvo Haircare Returns: 4607 Lakeview Canyon Rd, #119, Westlake Village, CA 91361).

We can only accept refunds; returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from Nuuvohaircare.com and must be received 30 days from the date of receipt of product. Please include your email confirmation in mailing. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

ORDERS

It takes 24/48 hours to process an order. USPS will deliver your shipment. The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping rate options for you in check out.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive by the expected shipping date, please check your tracking on USPS - email info@nuuvohaircare.com if the order is not seen on USPS

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to any $50+ orders, with standard shipping fulfilled thorough USPS, who calculates your shipping price based on weight at checkout.  Priced between 4-7 dollars for a 2/3-product order.

At this time, we only ship to USA Mainland

Orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Additionally, these orders can only fulfilled by ground transportation.

If you would like to check the status of your order, please go to USPS.com and enter your tracking information. We use USPS, so if your package does not arrive 10 days after confirmation of order received, please get in touch by contacting our customer care on info@nuuvohaircare.com

At Nuuvo Haircare, we formulate all products without paraben. We source all natural ingredients that are above industry standards for performance and results.

Yes, in some cases alcohols are needed in specific formulations, but it’s important to note that we use cosmetic grade alcohols, which do not offer poor performance in terms or styling, drying or striping hair color

No – Our products that contain Behentrimonium Methosulfate is NOT a sulfate, it is a botanical conditioning agent, so we label our products to be SLS (Sodium Laurel or Laureth) Free. These are super hydrating extracts derived from coconut oil.

No, Nuuvo Products are formulated without sodium chloride, which is known to breakdown keratin bonds, which weakens the hair.

Yes, all Nuuvo products will protect your hair color for longer without fading.

Yes, All Nuuvo Products are formulated with natural ingredients that offer excellent UV protection to preserve your hair health and vitality.

Yes, in some of our products we use a clean light gentle fragrance that’s infused with plant extracts like berry. You will absolutely LOVE the smells of our products.  No paraben, sulfates or harsh ingredients added.

Nuuvo Haircare is against animal testing in any form … we have a robust policy towards animal cruelty, so we avoid any animal testing for research. 

No, Nuuvo Products are not 100% natural, as that’s an unrealistic yardstick when products are formulated to sit on shelves for up to 12 months. We can promise that we use the finest quality of ingredients available for our products, and mostly all are plant extracts, minerals and clean ingredients that’s good for the planet and great for your hair

No, Nuuvo products do not contain gluten

The industry norm is to use silicone in their products. We try to avoid using silicone in our formulating, and only have used in ONE formulation, which is our Ant-Frizz Argan Oil. Many brands use poor quality silicones, which are heavy and weigh the hair down. Our Argan Oil is the lightest product on the market today,  and performs above industry standards to smoothen the hair for styling.
