The big question most consumers ask is ‘do these products work’ we have a bustling hair salon floor with real clients, so we test each product extensively using our clientele, ensuring maximum performance and results.

Salon Professional products are typically only found in salons, which means they will not be found in your local store, which usually will have hair products that are cheaper to buy, but will use ingredients that are not premium, which is not the norm for Salon Professional products. Also, a hairstylist is usually behind the collection, (which is the case here) and our founder Raychel Harrison oversees all research & development to ensure each product works optimally to transform the hair.

The clean cosmetic market has grown exponentially in the last few years, but since our inception in 2014, ‘ingredients matter’ has been our mission statement, as we try to source natural products formulations that contain plant-derived ingredients that studies have shown they do help to optimize our formulations.

95% of our products are derived from plant extracts, minerals, vitamins and organic botanicals. We use a small percentage of non-toxic synthetic ingredients that are needed to optimize performance and results.

No, we love our animals, so we avoid all animal testing.

We avoid using paraben • sodium lauryl sulfate (sls) • sodium laureth sulfate (sles) • talc • formaldehyde • nitrosamines which we believe carries health risks to users, so we find healthy alternatives.


Once you find the products that you’re looking for, you can add to your bag, and keep shopping or checkout.

Using express checkout means you checkout using your Shop pay • Google pay or Paypal account. With shop pay, you’ll get a code sent to your phone or email, so you can checkout immediately. With Google Pay and Paypal, you’ll checkout there and return to our store after.

You can log in if you’re a subscriber, or you can checkout as a guest. You’ll enter your shipping address and contact details, and proceed to the checkout page where you can pay for your products.

We use a safe and secure payment gateway through Stripe, a service provider specializing in secure online payments.

Due the set up with our e-commerce store, we’re unable to cancel an order once its been processed, so please make sure you’re happy with your items before you confirm the order. If  we have to refund you, it takes unnecessary time away from fulfilling other orders we have.

We’ll send you an email once your order has been fulfilled. You’ll have a USPS Tracking number, where you enter the tracking code on USPS, and you can track your order.

No, not at this time.  Our online marketplace is optimized so you don’t need to call. The site design and checkout process is streamlined to help you have a great shopping experience with us.

Yes, we offer exchanges or store credits, but you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Store credits will be offered via discount codes if the need arises.

You’ll be eligible to get a store credit, exchange, or refund, but you must notify us by email within 7 days.


We offer USPS discounted rates that’s calculated at checkout based on weight of product(s).

We offer first class mail, first class package, priority mail and priority mail express.

We often run promotions whereby we offer free shipping that’s automatically added at checkout. If a promotion is running and your order meets that rule, i.e. spend $50 to get free shipping), you will get the discount. It will be advertised as a header or banner on our store.

We offer domestic shipping to mainland United States,

Packages arrive 2-10 business days after the order has been fulfilled. Delivery is dependant on location and shipping method chosen.

Hairsprays are regulated under Hazmat rules, which prevent hairsprays being fulfilled via air travel. All orders containing hairsprays, must checkout using the First Class Package option, which ensures the order goes by ground.

We ship from our warehouse in Southern Calabasas, CA.

A Salon Professional could be an independent hairstylist, salon owner, or distributor, who uses and sells our products to their clientele. As a salon pro, you’ll get special pricing, and you don’t need to worry about carrying inventory, we'll ship the orders on your behalf, and pay you a commission.
