The big question when trying a new product line is ‘do these products work’ our founder Raychel Harrison still works behind the chair, so our salon floor is used to test & validate each product we create. Unlike other brands who only test in a laboratory, we have the added benefit of being able to use real clients & hairstylists as our think tank. As a result, we're able to guarantee superior results over other brands on the market.

Salon Professional products are typically only found in hair salons, which means they will not be found in your local grocery store. We're laser focused on quality, performance and results, so we use a higher & more concentrated process in adding our raw ingredients to our formulations. Additionally, a hairstylist is usually behind the collection, (which is the case here) and our founder celebrity hairstylist Raychel Harrison oversees all research & development.

No, we love our animals, so we avoid all animal testing.

We avoid using paraben • sodium lauryl sulfate (sls) • sodium laureth sulfate (sles) • talc • formaldehyde • nitrosamines. We believe that all of the aforementioned ingredients carries health risks to users, so we find healthy alternatives.

We often run promotions whereby we offer free shipping that’s automatically added at checkout. If a promotion is running and your order meets that rule, i.e. spend $50 to get free shipping), you will get the discount. It will be advertised as a header or banner on our store.

We offer domestic shipping to mainland United States.

Packages arrive 2-6 business days after the order has been fulfilled. Delivery is dependent on location and shipping method chosen.

Hairsprays are regulated under Hazmat rules, which prevents hairsprays being fulfilled via air travel. All orders containing hairsprays, must checkout using UPS Ground (our preference), which ensures the order goes via ground transportation only.

We ship from our warehouse in Westlake Village, CA.


We offer Local Delivery from our warehouse in 91361. We have 3 different delivery zones.

Zone 1 - 0-10 miles = $10

Zone 2 - 10.1-15 miles = $15

Zone 1 - 15.1-20 miles = $20

For all orders placed before 10am, we aim to deliver on same day.

If no one is there when we arrive with your package, we will leave your items at or close to the front door. We will send confirmation that your order was fulfilled by text or email.

If you live near our Calabasas Salon, and would like to pick up your order from there, please select that option at checkout, and you can pick up from Salon Nuuvo no cost to you. Turn around time is 4-6 hours.
