Refund policy

As a Salon Professional Haircare company, we formulate all products with meticulous care and attention.

If a product (s) have become defective during fulfillment, we will ship you out a replacement product(s) at our expense, or offer a store credit.
Please note: Notification must be made within 7 days.

Once your order arrives, please inspect for defects and notify us immediately if you have a defective product(s). You must email us via the Contact Us page with the following info.

Subject: Defective Product(s) (use the 'Refund or Exchange Request' tab)

Body:  Name & phone number. Include an explanation for return and include a clear photo of product(s) if possible.

We do consider all requests for non-performance on a case-by-case basis, so please send us an email to info@nuuvohaircare.com
