- Wet hair thoroughly, then add nourishing shampoo and massage through hair gently cleansing hair & scalp - rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary for a deeper cleanse.
- Apply healing conditioner to towel-dried hair, paying special attention to mid-shaft & ends. Work through hair with fingertips. Leave on 3 to 5 minutes - rinse out thoroughly.
